Project Overview

CenterPoint Commercial Property is a boutique commercial real estate company in Dallas. Mark came to us knowing he needed a sharp digital presence to set himself apart from his competition. Our strategy to push prospects to property listings on the site allowed Mark to quickly update information and close more deals without passing around PDF flyers that quickly become inaccurate.


From the start, we knew CenterPoint's original logo wouldn't mesh with modern design. We worked with Mark to develop several concepts before settling on a concentric circle integrating the company letters and reinforcing Mark's bullseye approach with his clients. Along with updating the typeface to Galano Grotesque, we chose a lighter, less-saturated red. CenterPoint's new branding helps build trust with prospective clients.
